When thinking of great sports teams there are always those players on the team that just stand out from the others, a player with the ability to finish in the big moments and stand on the biggest stage and do great things.
Erling Haaland is that player.
Erling Braut Haaland was born on July 27th, 2000 and has been an emerging star since birth. He started his career at his hometown club Bryne in 2016, and moved to Molde the following year.
He spent two seasons with the club before signing with Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg in January 2019. Before his move to Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund where he would spend about 2 years there- until this year where he made his big money move to Premier league giants, Manchester city F.C; for approximately 60 million euros.
Despite Manchester City's dominance in the past 5 years the team was not always like this, until the hiring of Pep Guardiola as manager for Man City, who has had success in Spain, Germany and England.

As good as a team that Man city has been, they have been criticized over not having an established center forward ever since the departure of the aging Sergio Aguero.
