Hockey Season Is Here

The hockey campaign is here. The season began Tuesday, October 8th, with three matches, six teams playing on opening night, giving you the chance to see your favorite players. 

Unless they are Justin Danforth, Dmitri Voronkov, Jordan Dumais, Gavin Brindley, as they won't be attending the season. These players' current status are out, besides Gavin Brindley, as he is not playing due to an injury. 

The teams who have won the three matches of the first game of the season were St. Louis (3-2), Florida (6-4), and Utah (5-2).

The regular season will be over on Wednesday, April 17. The teams are playing 82 games to determine where they stand in the season.

This list represents the top half of the league, as the other 17 franchises have odds of 40 to 1 or longer to win the Stanley Cup.

The first matches starting the season will consist of Blues going against the Krakens, Bruins, and Panthers, and Blackhawks going against Utah. To end the season off will be Flyers Vs Sabres, Lightning Vs Rangers, Islanders Vs Blue Jackets, Red Wings Vs Maple Leafs, Capitals Vs Penguins, and Hurricanes Vs Senators.

The average price of NHL season tickets are generally around $90 to $130. The most expensive games to attend in the league are those hosted by the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers and the Nashville Predators.
