Performing Arts Comes to a Stand-Still
It was just announced Thursday, March 13, 2020, the American Drumline Association (ADLA) and the Winter Guard Association of Southern California (WGASC) have canceled their 2020 seasons due to health concerns. Additionally, it was announced that the CMHS production of Guys and Dolls has been postponed until further notice. All purchased tickets will be refunded.
Drumline’s First Competition
Our own Costa Mesa High School Drumline had its first competition this weekend on Saturday, February 29 at Mission Vista High School. This year’s show is The Mechanics of Drumline. Their division, Regional B, has eight drumlines. They placed 2nd in their division with their score of 74.90.
