Looking for a place to get vaccinated that's close to school?
Look no further, you can get vaccinated on September 30th, 2021, from 3:30 PM-4:30 PM at Costa Mesa High School’s very own Performing Arts Center.
The event is open to CMMS/HS students and any immediate family members.
You must have parental consent if 12-17 years old for vaccination.
If a parent/guardian is unable to be present during the vaccination process, consent forms are available in both the middle school and high school offices.
