The CMHS Instrumental Department has hit the ground running as they are already preparing for their first competitive performances in less than a week.
Our CMHS MME (Mixed Marching Ensemble) has their first competition on March 14th, along with the CMHS Drumline team.
The CMHS Marching Band is also throwing on a 70’s style monster show, featuring the song ‘Frankenstein,’ and a groovy 70’s monster-bash-style dance break. The team has been hard at work rehearsing their show, “Beware the Jabberwocky,” appropriately basing it off of the famous poem by Lewis Carroll, “Jabberwocky.”
Not only do we have these hard-working students in the CMHS MME and CMHS Drumline, but our CMHS Jazz Bands have been putting in the extra effort to rehearse during 0 period, with their first performances starting on May 5th and 6th.
They hope to share their performances with you all in the near future when details are sent out.
