UCL Match Week 2

Week two of the UEFA Champions League has concluded, and what a great week for soccer fans all over the world. There were many stunning performances and upsets from players and teams.

This week's top eight has many surprises, to say the very least. To begin, Borussia Dortmund climbed to the top of the table with an outstanding 7-1 win against Celtic. Karim Adeyemi did an amazing hat trick, an amazing performance from the 22-year-old German winger.  

Breast is 2nd in the table after a big 4-0 win against RB Salzburg and a brace from the 23-year-old Senegalese forward.

Benfica is 3rd with a big 4-0 win against Atlético Madrid, a big upset for the players and fans of Atlético Madrid who now sit at 23rd in the table, and a match to celebrate for the Benfica fans, with an outstanding performance from the players. 

Bayer Leverkusen is 4th with a 1-0 win over AC Milan, with a goal from the 23-year-old Nigerian striker Victor Boniface. This is another terrible loss for AC Milan, who are sitting in 32nd without a single win.

Liverpool are sitting at 5th after their comfortable 2-0 win over Bologna, with a goal from the 25-year-old Argentinian midfielder, Alexis Mac Allister, to get his first UCL goal.

Aston Villa is in 6th with a 1-0 win to upset Bayern Munich fans all over the world, who are now in 15th. The 20-year-old Colombian striker, Jhon Durán, comes off the bench in the 70th minute to score the game winning goal for his club only 8 minutes later, and what a goal it was from outside the box.

Juventus, who are sitting at 7th, defeat RB Leipzig 3-2 with a late game goal coming from the 21-year-old Portuguese winger, Francisco Conceição, to give his team the win and secure the 3 points.

Manchester City are in 8th, with a huge 4-0 win over Slovan Bratislava to secure them the 3 points.

Inter Milan are sitting in 9th after their 4-0 win against Crvena Zvezda— a massive win for the Italian club.

Arsenal had a massive 2-0 victory over PSG and are sitting at a comfortable 12th place, while PSG are in 19th.

Barcelona had a huge 5-0 win over Young Boys to secure them the three points, with a stunning performance from 27-year-old Brazilian winger, Raphinha, with a goal and an assist, and a brace from 36-year-old Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.

Real Madrid had a huge loss by LOSC Lille, who defeated the Spanish club 1-0, with the goal coming from the 24-year-old Canadian striker, Jonathan David. Real Madrid are currently 17th in the table, while LOSC Lille are right behind them in 18th place.

Girona is sitting in 30th place after two consecutive losses. They lost 2-3 to Feyenoord, who are sitting in 22nd after an own goal coming from the 25-year-old Girona Czech defender, Ladislav Krejčí, who scored the own goal in the 79th minute, a big loss for Girona.
