The annual Super Bowl is here yet again, bringing in two NFL teams to the big field. This year, the Super Bowl will be held at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana this Sunday, February 9th. The two teams that will be facing off against each other will be the Kansas City Chiefs vs the Philadelphia Eagles.
Both teams have fought strong and confident, making it all the way to the Super Bowl in their bracket. Here’s what to know!
The Super Bowl has been going on since 1966, making it their 59th annual Super Bowl this year. Both teams have had amazing stats throughout their season, with the Eagles having 14 wins and 3 losses, while the Chiefs have 15 wins and 2 loses.
Both teams are exactly back to back with each other, making predictions difficult. Many people are in favor of the Chiefs since this year, it could make them the winners for the third time in a row. Others believe the Eagles have a strong, fair chance to destroy the Chiefs.
Looking into the Eagles’ offensive stats, at 367.1 yards, they have more yards played, placing them into 7th. The Chiefs’ offensive stats consist of 324.5 yards, placing them in ninth. The Chiefs defensive stats are 327.3 yards, placing them in 10th. Then we have the Eagles defensive stats, which are 289.3 yards, placing them in 1st.
Both the Eagles’ and Chiefs’ offensive stats are back to back, raising many questions on which team is better offensive wise. The Chiefs’ defensive stats simply clear the Eagles’ defense since the Chiefs are placed 1st.
Now the question remains the same, who will win this year's Super Bowl?
