Looking for a new movie? Today I’m going to be talking about my top movies to watch that you will never get tired of. These movies are very recent and are also very popular.
Regretting You is a really interesting movie based on a novel written by Colleen Hoover. This movie is the story of Morgan Grant and her daughter Clara as they work through their relationship while struggling with family conflicts and Clara’s actions of being a teenager. As Clara struggles, she meets a guy named Miller Adams who adds to her stress and happiness at the same time. This movie can be found on Paramount+, and to buy or rent on Amazon Prime. Personally I rate this movie a 9/10 because of the fast pace and many conflicts throughout the film.
Another movie I love is My Oxford Year. The movie can be found on Netflix. It follows the story of a girl named Anna that moves to London to go to Oxford for college and pursue her dream of being taught by a professor who inspires her. Upon arrival, she gets drenched with water as a car drives over a puddle. Later she will meet the guy in a fish n chip shop and eventually he will replace her professor (which she isn’t too happy about at first). As they get to know each other, love tension rises while Anna attempts to explore London and check all of the boxes on her exploration list. They both agree to keep things casual but the why behind it is unexpected. I rate this movie a 10/10 because of the various explored topics and the romance of the film.
The most recent movie is called Don’t Say Good Luck. The main character, Sophie, is played by Adam Sandler’s daughter, Sunny. This film is about the story of Sophie and her family. When Sophie goes for the lead of the school play, she wonders if she should give it up to spend time with her mom who has cancer. She also struggles with high school drama as she tries to sustain a strong friendship with her best friend. Sophie’s stress starts to control her whole life which becomes the main conflict in the story. Overall, I would rate this movie an 8.5/10. This movie can also be found on Netflix
To conclude, all of these movies are so enjoyable to watch and I have rewatched all of them at least once. If you are ever bored and looking for something to watch, I strongly recommend any of these movies.
